"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "

"Only stayed one when I booked for two the window was broken made a noise all night so we left at 6 am the room was tiny not big enough for two people. We had two hand towels to get a shower with. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in"
