"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "

"The hotel is modern. Had a beautiful view of the ocean from the front view. We had paid extra for the upstairs room which came with a jacuzzi bath. Everyone was amazing and to a high standard. Only down thing was when we would attempt to draw a bath and put the jets on, gunk from the jets came out. We made the reception aware of this and they got someone into clean it and although it wasn’t completely clean after they had been we still enjoyed everything else and they compensated with a couple...
