"I am giving four stars because the pool water was cold and the in room dining food was below expectations for a place like this. However i had a great spa experience, the room was very quiet, and i cant speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had a local errand to run that i just mentioned offhand to make polite chit chat, and i was offered the use of their hotel driver/car, which was unexpected and amazing.
