" This hotel is walking distance from the airport actually it’s quicker to walk in to wait for the shuttle. It is not the best area. It’s downtown Los Angeles. The hotel is in great need of some updates especially the coffee area. The shuttle to the airport was efficient however, there was way too many people and it was difficult to get on the first shuttle. It’s like they didn’t know who was showing up in the morning. But I stay here again for layover to LA probably not too many other hotels to choose them. They’re nicer. "

"I loved the Shuttle to the city walk. We had a nice pool view room but it did get a little loud with everyone playing in the pool at night. But we were so tired it really didn’t matter. "
