They helped when we got out of our ride, concierge spoke kindly when we walked in and front desk was super kind. The room was clean and actually went over and beyond when we asked for a few extra items. If you choose this property, you would not be disappointed!"

The little gift shop in the lobby is a great idea, breakfast was handy and the shuttle to the theme parks was so helpful, most of the reason I chose this hotel. If I could change anything it would be having a shuttle for after the 9:30 Disney fireworks on weeknights, and also a fridge in the room would be good. "
