"We arrived late and staff were so helpful. Parked our car and brought the luggage up to our room. The only miscommunication is we had asked for an extra bed in the room, when we checked in the person said it was there, but when we got into the room, it wasn’t. But that was taken care of shortly"

Didn’t appreciate paying each night extra fee for rollaway beds which were decrepit and uncomfortable and shared with staff which refunded the bed we decided not to use. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay. "

"I have stayed at this hotel in the big room with a kitchen many times in the past. It is a great location and good price. This time I noticed it is becoming run down ( just like all of SLT). The room we had this time was full of black hair everywhere and in the shower. I used to live up there and so sad to see what it is now"
