"Great friendly staff in reception Room was spotless Only downside was we were staying there for the darts across at the hydro however the hotel should of adapted more with more bar staff as queue was ridiculous and could of been been prevented as its not a new thing and the public use ot too."

"Old but comfortable place, in a very quiet street. I stayed in a standard double room (No.21), which was spacious and clean. Be aware that the heating only comes on in the evening, though. There's private parking, although I arrived and departed by train; Crosshill station is only six or seven minutes' walk away, with regular services to and from the city centre. Although there are no facilities other than a kettle, tea and coffee in the room, there are plenty of shops, cafés and takeaways...

"It must be remembered that this is a budget hotel and there are no frills. But it was only £42 for the night for two of us plus an extra £8.50 each for a very good continental breakfast which included baked beans, cold meat and cheese as well as fresh fr, yoghurt and cereal plus various pastries. "I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"In the area for work. Stayed here before a few years ago. Nice place with free parking. Good check in experience. Room was clean and wifi was good. Restaurant was nice for dinner. Looked good for breakfast although i did have the included cooked breakfast. Check out was quick enough. Overall good value."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "

"Great central hotel in Glasgow! Awesome to be right next to Hydro! Super friendly staff both at the front desk and restaurant! Excellent food, not typical of hotels, with friendly staff with good banter. Great gym, and funky room decor. Spacious rooms with great towels! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Soon as we arrived the 2 gents in reception were great. The tall older gentleman in the grey jacket was a lovely guy and greeted both my daughters brilliantly and was very helpful and took plenty time for any questions we had. We normally stay in the premier inn as never heard of this aparthotel before but will definitely be stay again as the room was amazing a home from home and so handy for shops and a few bits from the shops for the kids. Will definitely be back"

"Excellent location next to Glasgow Central station. Very reasonable. Arrived early and signed up to IHG rewards free of charge allowing early check-in. Standard double room very spacious with huge bathroom. Come back time and time again. "
