"This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast."

"The Clayton Hotel is a lovely hotel right on the river in Glasgow. Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly helpful. We were experiencing a severe windstorm in Glasgow which affected my business there. The staff gave me a space where I could meet with my customer, and all went well due to their help for which I am sincerely grateful. Highly recommend. "

"A very convenient location in central Glasgow. The apartment was modern , good quality and quite roomy, kitchen and dining setup was compact but good. My only negatives were that the room hadn't been fully cleaned (kitchen bin was full and some other things missed) and that the view from the window at the back was fairly dystopian."

"Check in guy was good sorry dont have a name but he said "amazin" a fair bit. Nice pint in the bar, allbeit still a little expensive £6.50 a pint. Nice room (325). Someone could have mentioned that if a resident of the hotel wants any different kinds of eggs as opposed to cold scrambled eggs at breakfast, the request must be made before 9 o'clock that morning. Even though breakfast is served till 10.30!!"
