"Great friendly staff in reception Room was spotless Only downside was we were staying there for the darts across at the hydro however the hotel should of adapted more with more bar staff as queue was ridiculous and could of been been prevented as its not a new thing and the public use ot too."

We would not have booked had we known there was no dryer as we pack light in anticipation of having washer AND dryer. We also had issue with wifi, had difficulty getting response from host to get it fixed. If being able to do laundry is not important to you, then site would likely work for you. "
