"Bed was large and comfortable. The room was spec’d to a high standard which was nice. The kitchenette had all the necessary equipment with a large built in fridge and freezer compartment. Getting into the property was easy and fully self service. Onsite parking is free with quite a few spots at the back and front. "Absolute Amazing place in Glasgow. Close to pubs, shopping and access to public transport. Great for family. We had a 2 bed 2 bath place. Would highly recommend. "

"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....

"Gillian was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The flat was clean , no frills. It was located close to public transport but a distance from any interesting sights/stores/restaurants."

"The appartment in Alexandria is spacious (2 large bedrooms) and equiped with the necessary equipment (toaster, washingmachine etc.). We had to make contact ourselves to receive check in information, but once the contact was established, we got all the info we needed. It is located near the bus stop (2 min walk) to Balloch. "They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Well located for central Glasgow. Q-Park around the corner with a discount for guests makes it affordable. Studio was compact with everything I needed for a one night stay. Only criticism (which wasn’t major) was that breakfast was included in my booking and I had to go back to reception about it, as I realised they’d not included it when I checked in. Quickly rectified. "

Our new favourite hotel

"We had a one night stay in a family room, which also happened to be an accesssible room. There was a large, comfortable bed and fold out sofa bed. Rooms are modern, clean with all essentials (but no biscuits). Staff were very attentive and helpful. We were offered complimentary iced tea cocktails/mocktails on arrival and our daughter was given a creme egg at the end of our stay (as an Easter gift). Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection and vegan options made to order. The pancake machine was popular! There is a small gym with a few machines and free weights.The late check-out was a bonus. We will look to stay in Moxy hotels again."
