"This was a beatifully decorated property, with every attention to detail. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic and clean and a real treat. Check in was easy with security codes and step by step direction. We walked to the Common and surrounding areas one day, and walked to TD Garden one night. Fantastic options of close by dining (try Gigi's!) and other walkable choices. Staff was communicating every step of the way and very helpful. Would highly recommend!"

The location is unbeatable—just 250 feet from Times Square and within a 5-minute walk to subway lines R, N, D, 1, and 7, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. "We stayed at Staypineapple Times Square for 7 days starting March 31 and had a very good experience. The location is unbeatable—just 250 feet from Times Square and within a 5-minute walk to subway lines R, N, D, 1, and 7, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The customer service was excellent, especially Ms. Jaz, who was kind, professional, and very considerate in helping us resolve a couple of minor issues quickly and smoothly. "The staff is excellently courteous and acomodating. I would start her again. Room the king was clean and spacious. There’s a microwave and coffee and vending machines. I got complementary water bottles which came in handy. Overall the staff was great and hotel was in the middle of everything. "
