"We stayed at Staypineapple Times Square for 7 days starting March 31 and had a very good experience. The location is unbeatable—just 250 feet from Times Square and within a 5-minute walk to subway lines R, N, D, 1, and 7, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The customer service was excellent, especially Ms. Jaz, who was kind, professional, and very considerate in helping us resolve a couple of minor issues quickly and smoothly. Her dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely choose Staypineapple again for our next visit to NYC!"
