When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. It took about 15 minutes for someone to come and check us in. When we got to the room, it smelled like a dead rat. We had to argue with the front desk in order to get the room changed. We asked for late check out but still had maids knocking on our door. The area surrounding is filled with drug addicts.

It was a soild stay, however we did ask the frount disk for a toothbrush since my partner forgot to pack theres. We were told one eould be sent up to our room but we never got it. Other than that its a good place to rest up

The property itself was fine , the building could use a bit more maintenance but nothing wrong with it . Only thing was that my room was facing the hospital and the windows provided barely any noise insulation . Every time an ambulance , cops or helicopter arrived or left I would wake up because of the noise.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The entire night there was loud honking and sirens, and there is a large homeless population surrounding the hotel. We paid WAY too much to stay here and didn't get any sleep. Awful.

Our stay was great, met all expectations of what we needed from a hotel on our vacation. Continental breakfast was a very nice perk and the staff was consistently replenishing and putting out fresh food. It is noisy as it is on a busy street and very close to a hospital but that is not the hotels fault in my opinion.

The shuttle driver was great & very convenient. That gets 5 stars. Free breakfast was a plus, however, not enough to make up for the negatives. The area has a lot of homeless & drugs. We had booked 3 nights & only stayed 1. Would probably not stay there again.

I called the morning of checking in to verify shuttle service stop but when I got to the T stop, they said I was in the wrong stop so had to go back to the airport T like they said & waited 30 min only to be told when I called to inquire about the shuttle that I was in the wrong stop so I had to go back to the other T stop. When I got there, still no shuttle…stree wasn’t well lit & when I called the hotel, they said I wasn’t there. I told them I had to wait for the T. VERY disappointed! Would not recommend this hotel…ended up taking UBER and when I finally got to the hotel, all they could say was oh someone made a mistake!!! Not concerned at all!!!

I like Hampton Inn & Suites; both my husband and I are their members. But our stay in this Hampton was terrible. It was unbelievable noisy, the non-stop ambulances sirens, airplanes, cars & the loud flushing in the bathrooms together made it impossible for me to fall in sleep. I booked for 2 nights but had to check out after one sleepless night without a refund.
