"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were also upgraded which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms could do with some updating and a good clean as there were quite a few cobwebs."

"The staff were lovely, only small issue lied in the layout of the room with there being no plugs by the bed unless you dive under the mattress which was near impossible, and no holder for the soap or toilet roll, these are small quality of life changes which could be fixed super easily! Other than that, the room was lovely with a gorgeous garden view and we were made to feel very welcome, really recommend the spa facilities "
