"Loved that you can walk the bay trail. Beautiful scenery. Safe for your parked car. Safe to walk. Though, the front desk didnt seem too overly friendly. Not the best hospitality. Would have loved to know more about the lounge area and food options they had. Unless you personally look around or look online then you wouldnt really know. Would have been nice to hear it from them since its their hotel, is all. But nevertheless it was a good stay."

"I booked this room for my husband and daughter and they said it was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind and welcoming. Parking in the garage was only $35 and the location was accessible to restaurants and the city. He said the beds were comfy (think Hampton Inn beds) but on the soft side. They slept very well! He said they would stay again. "

"Great location to pier 39 and many shops and restaurants. Staff were all very helpful. Appreciated the water and coffee service. Definietly would stay there again and recommend. We only had 24 hours but took in so much because of how convenient the location was"

"Had a really great stay here. Loved the vibe of the place, really fun decor. The little touches like the record player in the room or the fact that you can borrow a plant for your stay just made me smile. We only had breakfast at the restaurant abaca but it was delicious. Really nice place."
