"San Francisco is my home. I come back 2 times a year to visit my family. This was my 6th stay at the hotel. I just realized I forgot to thank Janet, my check in concierge! Janet has made me feel so welcome with our first interaction. She has always made sure every single visit met with my need! ( the kettle for hot water for my tea). She also gives me chocolate treats with I shared with my family later when I see them for dinner. I’m looking forward to my next visit! And hope I will get to see...

"We enjoyed our stay at the SF W. It was close to Oracle Park and Union Square, and we walked to both. The hotel wery clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was large and had a very comfortable bed! "

"The staff here make all the difference in the world. On the pricier end but if you want a nice view with great assistance- luggage valet accommodating- not just accommodations, you will not be disappointed. For business - doesn’t make too big of a difference. For a couple - it’s a must. "

"This hotel is in a great location. The building is beautiful. Everything was very clean and lovely. We appreciated the coffee and croissants for breakfast. Nice bar and restaurant on-site. The way they make the competitive pricing work is by offering pretty small but very efficient rooms. We're an old married couple so we don't mind having to brush our teeth next to the bed, but this might not be for those who are looking for a more spacious and romantic setting. I'm sure there are larger rooms...
