"It's so easy to begin my jetlag recovery at the Oryx Hotel. However, the listing says there's a tea/coffee maker and it's really only a tea kettle. I usually choose hotels with coffee makers and am consistently disappointed when I come here. But only with that. All else is excellent."

"I would definitely book again here. It’s a really amazing hotel with great view. Great staff great spa but they didn’t mention me. "I was staying at the Hilton Double Tree old town hotel with friend of mine for 6 nights. I have a pleasant experience due to: Firstly, because of convenient location, as we wanted to explore Doha, Seconds, I impressed of the service, as the members of staff were very attentive and responded to every query which I was needed. I would like to mention Sanae Habibi, Prilika, Kuku San, Khalil....the professional staff at the reception are work efficiently and pleasantly friendly. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"Good location, right inside the old souq. Good rooms and especially helpful, friendly staff. Note, there are multiple Tivoli hotels at Souq Waqif-- they share the same main lobby building, and the staff will transport you and your luggage on golf carts to your specific building. If you are calling in a driver or taxi, they will likely try to meet you at the main lobby, not your building, FYI."
