"The hotel and staff are lovely,the pool area is quite poor and the sun is blocked out from 2-2.30 onwards.The sports bar staff are great but the food is very poor quality and badly cooked.The other restaurants are very good."

"Extremely clean and staff is so professional. I would choose this place over other hotels . Excellent choice to get a five star place and treatment with reasonable prices. The restaurant is amazing, the chef and his line cooks clearly love their job and the place they work at. Buffet menu is different but same great taste. Waiters and host extremely professional and friendly. Front desk are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I give this place a solid five star. Great staff to remember ....

"The staff were incredibly helpful in every way, no complaints there. The management are a little in some areas as is hotels.com. The picture on the booking site shows a beach and parasols. Nowhere near a beach. A shuttle bus at 10 and 11 am. My room had no bathrobe. I am gluten intolerant. Not catered for at all in the restaurant the bar."

"We had a 3 bedroom unit, it was really big, nice size kitchen with everything you would need for a long stay. We only needed the hotel for a few hours before we left for the airport. There is a nice pool, nice restaurants onsite, really great size gym really nothing to complain about. We came from very high end hotels prior to this so to us it was a bit dated but everything was comfortable and the staff was very helpful! A few minutes drive and you have lots of affordable restaurants as well. "
