"Overall the room wasn't cleaned properly. It was an okay room, a lot of empty space. Customer service wasn't that great. Front desk staff tended to avoid speaking to or acknowledging me whenever I was coming in or leaving which was the strangest thing. I accidentally booked the hotel room twice and tried to get a refund for one of the bookings and was denied. It was the exact same room and dates too but I was still denied. I wouldn't stay here again when I'm back in Doha. I'd rather pay more...

"The suite is massive and well appointed. Maybe more light in the kitchen and stain on bathroom ceiling. More detail on the cleaning especially around the tap. Other than that We have a very good stay. "
