"The staff is amazing and accommodating! The hotel is very nice. The music in the lobby is well chosen. Breakfast was comfortable. Our room was a little small for a non-couple traveling for more than a week. It is better suited for a couple or single occupancy. The shower had a technical problem that needed to get fixed by experts at laying tiles. Otherwise- amazing place. Highly recommended. "

"It was a comfortable stay that suited us fine but definitely found a couple images on the listing misleading which we were surprised when we arrived - it is definitely not on a canal and is a good hours walk from the town centre. So definitely check the map for that. "

"Most staff were very friendly and professional. Nice looking interiors - bars, foyer, etc. Not especially handy for "main" parts of Amsterdam but equally not at all difficult to travel in, either on foot or tram or taxi."

"Very comfortable, large, room within a ten minutes walk of a tram/bus stop for easy connection to the city centre. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly, bathroom door does not lock but otherwise no problems. Would stay again."

"Lovely stay. The only negatives was that the room was extremely dusty, we were very disappointed that the TV did not have Netflix or YouTube (smart TV’s). The spa was gorgeous and everything else was great."

"Property was nice with many amenities. The room was very basic and a bit tight, but met all our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Lots of younger students and visitors staying here which kept things feeling young and vibrant."

We faced a slight issue in one of the rooms but she was quick to give us another room, and free breakfast aswell as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Alicia, and the rest of the team.
