"Warm welcome from reception. Really helpful. Clean room with the most gorgeous bar attached. Would recommend. It is just off Dam square, so very central to places like Anne Frank’s house, the shopping district and the lovely canals. "

"The Westcord Fashion is a new, themed hotel with lots of amenities and spacious, well-designed rooms. Two bars (including a 10th floor one with an amazing view), pool, and gym. The rooms are huge by European standards with a rain shower and full-size bathtub. Try to find that in Paris for an affordable price! Having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room are additional perks. The daily cleaning was thorough and prompt. Front desk staff are not just courteous, they’re friendly and eager to help. Really the only drawback to the hotel is its location. There are no bars or restaurants nearby and if you don’t like walking, you need to take a 15-minute or so tram ride to get to the museums and tourist sites. On the plus side, the location is quiet and safe. Overall, a fine hotel."

"The blackout curtains worked very well. Could have slept all day. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant was good. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to someone who wants to stay away from the city center."

"Friendly efficient staff. Room was excellent, quirky but really well done with everything you need. Great breakfast fresh and with lots of options. Only snag is the building works nearby and the walk to the tram stop."
