"Had a beautiful solo stay here, I was in room 4 at the very top of the building, my room was beautifully accented and extremely comfortable with exquisite quality furnishings. The spa treatments are wonderful and I felt utterly pampered. All the staff are friendly, polite, welcoming and professional, the food although not all to my taste was of excellent quality and freshly prepared. Will be booking an afternoon tea here with friends as it looked delectable."

"We stayed at Great Higham Barn for a friends hen do. Across the main barn, oast, cherry and plum cottages we had the perfect venue for a hen party of 38. Mandy was very accommodating, relaxed and helpful. The venue itself is stunning, good amount of space in the kitchen, snug area was perfect for ‘downtime’ and the rooms were all good sizes. It would be helpful to know upfront that the futons are included in the no. of people to sleep in the barn. Thanks again"

We never had any contact with the host regarding check in info or access info for the key safe, we weren't even sent the address and had to find it using google street view. Host ghosted us completely and the customer service team at VRBO also couldn't get in contact with him. We ended up having to pay out to stay at a local hotel and hope that we could get our money back. 0/10 complete waste of time,...
