"Excellent layout and amenities. Great location. Was not on the beach but a 10 min walk. The beds were firm, pillows a little too hard, could have used more bath towels. Only comforter was in queen room. Didnt have a dryer but did have a washer. Would have liked a blowdryer and a coffee pot or a french press. LOVED the veranda and the view. It was well equipped. Was hard to get a hold of property management and find the actual property but we had all the tools to stay in and cook and clean up....

"The Blue Bay Resort is beautiful and centrally located to anything youd like to experience. The onsite amenities are plentiful as well. The villa we stayed in was very nicely appointed and quite comfortable. "The house itself is great, a little rundown, and in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance (4 out of 6 lights were out in one of the bathrooms). The amenities list a pool or pool access at a neighboring property, it was simply just crossed out in the guide, and we had no pool access. The washer didn’t work, and noone communicated back with us on whether it got fixed after we brought it to their attention. The TV provider hadn’t been paid, so the TV didn’t work. La cocina estaba bien equipada, sin embargo, dentro del conjunto no hay ninguna tienda para comprar alimentos y cocinar dentro de la habitación. Bathroom door broken. Needs more clothes storage for extended stay. Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around. Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties. "
