"This place was clean, bright and modern. Owner was very responsive. Our family was from Canada so i felt nervous about scams. But owner put me at ease with all info and very responsive to my questions. The place is close to Disney snd close to stores, starbucks etc. The vrbo had air conditioning and was only missing a few items in kitchen that we easily picked up at Dollar store. "Every room has an ocean view. I liked the fire pit at night. We checked in and brought a cooler of food that fit nicely in the full size fridge in the kitchenette. "We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "
