"The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms are more than big enough it was a joy for my family and my self to stay there and the princess made our daughters day above and beyond I would highly recommend staying here I know we will again soon "

"Staff was friendly. Quiet at night but can get loud during the day with housekeeping carts rumbling down the corridors in case someone wanted to sleep in, baby napping, etc. Our unit had a exterior air conditioner unit whereas some didn't. Had a smell when ac isn't running actively. Parking spots are tight and can be tough to find a spot later at night when all the cars have returned to the property for the night. "

"Reasonably priced considering the proximity to Disneyland. The road noise from the highway is noticable, but solved with earplugs. Rooms are spacious and clean. Your kids will love the pool and waterslides. Breakfast is busy, straightforward, and will fill you up before you start your adventure. Solid recommendation for families."

"Ok, so the big benefit of this hotel is being right across from the Disneyland entrance. The lobby is cute, the pizza place is good, and the pool/game area is nice enough. The rooms though! They’re so old and sad. It’s not horrible, but they don’t match the lobby or pool area vibes. This hotel feels like a motel. I loved being so close to the parks and the staff are super nice, but the rooms are old and gross. For that reason I would never stay again "

"Check in service was better than our previous stay. Room was okay but a few outlets were not working and some of the metal parts on the stair rail were missing, my granddaughter did cut herself on it. Housekeeping did come daily but noticed that carpet was not vacuumed because popcorn from previous night was still in carpet, so we used our car vacuum to clean up. Granddaughter and we didn’t want her to pick it up. Unfortunately her older siblings were messy and we did. Not see mess but did...

"Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping.
