"It is a wonderful location overlooking the ocean. It is a little noisy being right next to the main beach parking lot. Also our room was right across from the lobby check in and you can hear the gal talking on the phone and to people like she is in the room. Not as private as we are used to. "

"We hosted all of our adult children and their spouses, 8 of us total. Each room has a private bathroom! Huge plus with an all adult group. The back patio was stunningly beautiful. "Terrible! They cancelled one hour before check in time. Stated that we had a "house violation" but we never even stepped foot in the house. The "violation" was that they only rented in "one month time frames" but they had confirmed our one week reservation which was paid in FULL. We had to scramble to find a place to stay. This completely ruined our vacation and cause a tremendous amount of stress. "

"Every room has an ocean view. I liked the fire pit at night. We checked in and brought a cooler of food that fit nicely in the full size fridge in the kitchenette. The pillows were my favorite firmness which hardly ever happens at a hotel/motel. Easy walk to all the food places. Nice seeing the train go by below the property every so often. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "
