"The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "We really enjoyed staying in the apartment beside Katie's home! It's a lovely place - very comfortable! My only disappointment was that a hot tub was advertised on the VRBO site, but it didn't exist. Katie refunded us $100 and said she will update that on the site. Their backyard pool isn't heated, so it was too cool to use it without a hot tub in the fall. Katie was very nice."

The issue we had was the noise and extra fees We could hear the upstairs unit walking, chairs moving, water running, Etc. we could also hear car traffic on the Boulevard. The unit is also very dark. Very little natural light. Also, there was a $20 per person per night extra charge which added $300 to our bill. The advertised price is very deceiving. "

"Property was well appointed, clean and spacious. Our family of six stayed at this property over a long weekend for an out-of-state lacrosse tournament. We all fit comfortably and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and quick meals in between games/coming and going throughout the day. We weren't at the property long enough to enjoy the yard/pool area, however both areas were well maintained and available exclusively to us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

The description is very accurate- the apartment has been recently renovated and we felt that the value was terrific. The Club House was right next door and we used it on our last night for a small family gathering. Highly recommend. "
