"This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. They worked until 8pm to get one of the wall slab replaced. There are cosmetic cracks at the emergency staircase that were also repaired. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices that it felt like a lunch buffet. Ice cream, hot drinks, and cold drinks are available. Asian cuisines are more focused. The pool and the gym were great. There are also a video game room for kids. The sauna and steam rooms are available along with shower and other amenities. "

"Everything about this hotel is just amazing we loved it so much when we landed in Bangkok that we had to book it again before we flew home. Everyone who works there is astounding the restaurants are wonderful. Only one place to book when going to Thailand and it’s the W hotel. "
