I booked this hotel because Expedia showed it was 16 minutes walk from The NEC, its NOT, well over 30 minutes. Here for three days, most inconvenient. "Overall very good. Good night sleep. Food was good. Some of the dining staff needs some training related to serving food like putting up hair etc. overall was excellent. Special mention to Faris who was in the dining team. He was very polite and looked after us well. Richelee in breakfast team was also excellent. She served us gluten free options and was very helpful. "

"We went to a friends anniversary party and stayed overnight the room was a twin it was nice adequate litte dated but was acceptable for a night's stay found it bit too warm we were on ground floor and room had heavy sash window which was heavy and difficult to lift so didn't open it Breakfast was good plenty of choice and would return"

"Excellent overnight stay on one of the warmest days of the year so far. Pleasent modern hotel, food and drinks available in lobby pub / bar, clean and airy, excellent facilities including a pool, sauna and steam room available to guests staying club room level or above along with free parking. Even managed to watch the England/Denmark football match in their cinema styled TV room next to the bar. Overall excellent."

"Arrived late so can’t really give a fair review however, the room was nice and comfortable (quirky with a mezzanine balcony and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper split level). Only criticism would be there was only one remote for the tv and when I was up it was down and vice versa, also the taxi cab driver complained he had no where to wait for me in the AM and was extremely rude. Other than that it appeared to be a really nice hotel. "
