"I have stayed here with my husband a few times and it has always been convenient, clean and offering everything needed at a budget price. However this time I was on my own and got a single room. The room was very small, not a problem as I was just sleeping there and it was clean, but the mattress was hard and lumpy and i didnt sleep well. There was no hairdryer in the room and there was no way of accessing one early in the morning so overall I was disappointed especially as I have used here...

"Made to feel very welcome straight away- almost a home from home - beautiful house with loads of character and some very interesting history- absolutely beautiful grounds -our apartment was perfect-extremely comfortable bed- very spacious but also cosy- the owner went above and beyond to make us comfortable and warm - the only downside was we only stayed 1 night ! Really wish we could have stayed longer and would love to visit again to see the family continue to renovate this beautiful home-...

"Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with both bath and over-bath shower. Super easy communication with Mary. Easy access to the National Motorcycle museum for my conference. Easy walking access to shops, cafes and restaurants in lovely neighbourhood. My only negative would be that the microwave had old food on the glass rotating plate - this may have been left by a previous user between cleans. great to have access to fridge and microwave. Thank you for a very comfortable stay."

"Fantastic location. The room was lovely. Thin walls did mean we could hear anything that was happening in the landing and some inconsiderate guests were yelling up and down the stairs one night when they returned home very late. "

"Stayed here for one night stayed in room 6 lovely room very clean just found the bed the pillows very hard and the bed very very small… like to watch to in bed with a brew before sleep but couldn’t to very very small and very poorly situated on the wall I would definitely stop here again but I would bring my own pillows… didn’t have the breakfast but there looked a lot off selection from cereals and pastries perfect for 1 night stay loads off areas to walk "
