"Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. "

"We had a great stay, they had hot breakfast which is always a plus for my husband, eggs, waffles, sausages, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt , bagles etc alot to choose from, everyone was friendly, alot of self parking and an indoor heated pool, this was our 2nd time here and would definitely visit again."
