Staff are nice and professional. But our room was clearly in need of love. The bathroom door did not latch closed, there was water damage on the bathroom wall and an area where the drywall was showing. There were cracks in the ceiling where the drywall seams are, and 2 of our lights needed the bulbs replaced when we arrived.

Two things in room 322 need repair 1. lotion dispenser in bathroom is becoming dislodged from the wall 2. HVAC unit - pressed sheet metal components are separating. This allows a big gap for cold air to rush into the room at all times. I tried to block the air with a towel, but it's too much. Somehow the installation of the unit below the window allows cold air to flow in through the unit and below the unit.

Overall, this place was amazing with the exception of the temperature of the pool in which the water was a bit cold for the kids but at the end of the day my family enjoyed their stay and that’s what matters to me. Thank Ya’ll for the service and God bless..
