"This is a great hotel to explore Osaka and especially around Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi areas. The hotel is very elegant and clean. Staff were pleasant, helpful and assisted us with shipping our luggage to the next destination. The room was a good size, clean, and had a great view. The only con was lighting is low in the sink area and elevators were slow because there were only 2 of them."

"Of the 3 APA properties we stayed at this one was the best. The facilities were spotless (not that others weren't clean) and beautiful and the service exceed expectations. I asked to upgrade the room to get a bit more space and they were willing and made it happen despite high occupancy. Fast moving elevators and nice amenities! "
