"We stayed for three nights and it was marvellous. It is a larger, more hotel like ryokan but still has a very tranquil atmosphere, and was great for families like ours. There are two public onsen — they switch between men and women daily — and both are spacious and serene. It was such an experience soaking in the onsen under the stars, looking out onto the mountains. The rooms are spacious and the private balcony bath which fills with hot spring water at the touch of a button is a lovely...

"The place is a bit worn out but we appreciate the allergen information displayed on each of their dishes in the breakfast buffet, which is a rare find in Japan. The food is also delicious. I would love to visit there for another meal. "
