"They staff , Eva at the service counter , Steve the security and all the other staff were amazing. , very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The pool always well maintained. I would recommend then for any one to stay. I world give a highe rating than 5 stars but that’s all that’s allowed. "

"Great hotel, good location for business trips but also has amenities for downtime. The staff are very professional and we’re flexible about a late check out. Well done!!! The gym and pool are good. Need more kettlebells. "

"It's a very good hotel in a prime location, making it a short walk to the exhibition center and metro line. Hotel staff is of great help. The hotel seems to be under new ownership and management and it has improved a lot. Very comfortable, clean, has a good wifi and ideal for business trips."

"Amazing location, awesome staff, specially Solange Besong and Abdelahman who served at the club lounge in the afternoons, also thank you to Suman and a special thank you to chef Amr who personally came out of his kitchen to meet me when I said I crave the Egyptian dish Oum-Ali, in less than 2hrs chef Amr prepared it and sent it to my room. The best Oum-Ali I ever tasted. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday extra special. The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, actually housekeeping is twice a day, the pool is AWESOME, nice lobby, quick lifts, I can’t find any cons about this hotel. It’s just the best. We will definitely be back again"
