A staff member approached and advised that it was policy that he could not have the coffee from the outside. I believe that is a terrible policy when guests are paying lots of money to stay in the establishment."

"My stay at this hotel was really good, the staff were extremely helpful and really lovely. Every morning the staff would greet us and assist any way they could. The rooms are really big and their were tvs in each room as well as the front room. It was exceptionally clean and I really appreciated that the hotel would restock our water bottles each day. I appreciate that Vilma helped our with our checkin on the first day and was super kind and helpful. Cannot fault anything, definitely recommend....
