"Amazing location, awesome staff, specially Solange Besong and Abdelahman who served at the club lounge in the afternoons, also thank you to Suman and a special thank you to chef Amr who personally came out of his kitchen to meet me when I said I crave the Egyptian dish Oum-Ali, in less than 2hrs chef Amr prepared it and sent it to my room. The best Oum-Ali I ever tasted. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday extra special. The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, actually housekeeping is twice a day, the pool is AWESOME, nice lobby, quick lifts, I can’t find any cons about this hotel. It’s just the best. We will definitely be back again"

"The view from the hotel room on 35th floor was really nice. The Hotel's location is quite centrally located which makes it convenient to go around and take taxis."

"Great second stay at Jumeirah Towers. Everything was great, from the large and comfortable room, to the beautiful lobby, great breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. The only negative during the stay was that the pool was under renovation (but we used the pool of the neighboring hotel)."
