"This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."

"Very clean and quiet. We opted to stay here after our last stay at a neighbouring Hyatt hotel was disturbed by children running up & down the corridor until 3AM. This was perfect; no sleep disturbance; fantastic breakfast. Staff extremely helpful & polite; genuinely cared about guest comfort."
