She will call a taxi to bring you to your rebooked accommodation which is located near Wulinmen. Rebooked accommodation is ok. About the same. Pics as shown."

"My family booked three rooms in this hotel, my room has strong unpleasant small while other two didn’t have. It seemed from the previous guests smoked. This hotel should be smoke free hotel but many people especially those taxi drivers just smoke in front door to wait guess to take their taxis which made us to go through their smoking “wall”, hotel manager should enforce them not to smoke in front door (should be much further away from the door)"

"Great location. Almost next to West Lake. Our room even has a partial view of the lake. A bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very nice and efficient staff. Plenty of food choice across the street. One drawback: For some reason, it is hard to get a taxi in front of the hotel. Better across the street. "

"The hotel is located on a pretty pedestrian street with a vibrant night market a short walk away. It was also about a half hour walk from West Lake and shops. Staff were helpful and English speaking and the room was comfortable. There are also 2 free computers with internet in the lobby which I found very helpful."
