"From the property manager to the property itself, this rental and all of the amenities are a 10/10. The Eastport location provides an exquisite view of the water as well as walking distance to upscale restaurants. A 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Annapolis as well. An unforeseen circumstance caused for us not to complete our stay but this property will be on my list for future trips to come. Go Navy!"

"Papa was a great host- very responsive to inquiries and concerns. The unit was clean and pretty well furnished. A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault)."

"Let me start by saying I hate DC. I hate the traffic!! The VRBO was located in a quaint neighborhood off of 295. We found it well enough and had no problem finding parking. The apartment was well stocked with the essentials and was very clean. It took a couple of tries to get the lock system working, but once we figured it out we had no problems with locking the door. The outdoor area and neighborhood was satisfactory for our dogs to sniff and go to the bathroom. The AC doesn't work but luckily...

"Great location … close to harbor, restaurants and shops. Charming neighborhood … fun to just walk around. Apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable in every way. We had a couple of things we needed help with, and Shea, host, responded immediately and took care of the issue. We had a fabulous time because we were so comfortable with this place!"

"This property is beautiful. I genuinely have no complaints other than the parking. The alley could be labeled better to find it and the space is super small, maybe even reserving a street spot for this property would be my only suggestion. Definitely would stay again!"
