"This place was a great choice for our visit to DC college campuses, the zoo, and the Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s conveniently located to park and ride the Metro on the red line. Parking was a breeze, the kitchen is pretty well set up for feeding a family (it doesn’t have a blender or kitchen towels at this time and the dishwasher racks are on their last leg), and the furniture is all comfortable. "Our 4th time at this property. Manager is responsive and accommodating. The home is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Excellent location in safe, walkable neighborhood. Free street parking. Highly recommend. "

"Everything was wonderful with two small exceptions. There were no oven mitts or salt, pepper, spices etc. to help facilitate our personal cooking. With large family we don’t have the option to go out to eat regularly. There is an Aldi’s less than a mile away, which is great. Also there was not much for rags and kitchen towels etc, for cleaning. "

"Great wx and weekend visit to the Naval Academy. Walking distance to everything and neighborhood was a nice getaway from main street "

"Being able to walk to the Silver Spring Metro station was a big plus, which allowed us to leave our car each day. There are plenty of restaurant options just up the hill from the house. Although it's listed as a basement, there were plenty of windows to bring in natural light.We would choose this place again. "

"Enjoyed the location. Property is nice, but with a few issues. I wouldn't stay here again.The guest contact responded quickly to our early check in request. She told me to contact her with any concerns. After checking in, we could not get ceiling fans to work - so I sent her a text. She never responded. I contacted her after we left because I’d forgotten some clothing. Again - she never responded. My son lives nearby and could have picked up my clothes for me - but now I guess I get to buy...

"Typical row house with lots of stairs but very clean & comfortable. Loved having a pack & play for our 2 year old granddaughter. Host was very nice. Would stay again."
