"Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with amenities provided, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The location is good if you like to go out drinking, clubbing etc however it is in the kind of red light district with love hotels everywhere so keep that in mind before booking. Overall 9/10"

"Very comfortable and covenient in Ginza"

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable. The second issue was with their laundry room. If you need to do laundry, you have to wait hours to use one of the four machines. Once you use it, the drying function never actually dries your clothes even after two hours. I had to catch my flight with wet clothes in my bag. There are machines on the market that can wash and dry in 30 minutes. I think the hotel should invest in those machines. Most of them are energy efficient nowadays. If the hotel is trying to conserve energy, two hours to wash and semi-dry is not the way to do it. For the travelers who like to wash while traveling, there 24-hour laundromats in the area but nothing near this hotel. The 24 hour laundromats have 30 minute washers and 30 minute dryers. "
