"It's relatively close to Shinjuku station. The capsules are fine (like every 9H capsule). Unfortunately the lights for the main room are left on, so light comes around the blind. A bad choice given that they're theoretically measuring how well you sleep. "

"Not my first time staying at this property. Will always choose this hotel if i need a 1 night stay - if the price is right. Luggage storage available, even after check out. free rinks and food available at specific timings. Many amenities are provided for the public shower. Mattress and pillow is comfortable. Its location is super convenient at Shinjuku South Exit (i think?), so there are many transportation, dining and shopping options to choose from. Will stay here again."

"The property location is great, close to the subway station, close to convenient stores. The towels are by far the nicest I have ever use in any hotel before. For the bed I would suggest to use an odor ban, once you close the courtain the smell of stinky feet from previous guest is overwhelming. It was nice to have toiletries available. The staff was courteous."
