"The property was perfect position for Newcastle Arena and in a lovely courtyard. Great breakfast & nice food in the restaurant. The radiator in our room wasn’t on at all & there was snow outside so cold weather!"

"Great central Newcastle location stayed 1 night Friendly check in at reception easy online check out. Tv lounge bar good. Room good size and bed very comfortable. Only drawback was no onsite parking which couldn’t be helped due to its central location. Tip do a deal with Q car parks for above 24 hour stay as we had reschedule our plans to ensure we left the car park under 24 hrs to avoid unnecessary charges.as the car park was not available next day to continue to park. This was Sat/Sun 16/17 Nov - not a match day. "

"Had an excellent 2 night stay and was sp close to Newcastle racecourse as we had come up for the races... bed so comfy and lovely room. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again."
