"The property is clean, tidy and comfortable. The little communal kitchen area is a very good idea for making food or sitting in while eating a takeaway. There is plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and also a little fridge for storing milk, drinks, food etc. Have stayed before, hence why I returned again. "A fantastic stay i had at aabba guest house in Whitley Bay. I was made immediately welcome by the owners which was great. My room was just what i needed. The bathroom & shower facilities down the hallway were clean & spotless. There's a newsagents immediately next door which is handy, which is also run by the owners.
