"We arrived the day the area experienced a tornado. There was no power at the property when we arrived so there was no way to reach the property to get any sort of status update. We ended up going to another hotel for the night. We were able to check in the following day. Overall, the property was clean, room was large, and parking was free. My only gripe was that no refund for the first night was even offered or suggested until I asked for it even though I mentioned I had to get another hotel...
