A perfect location with easy walks to many great Chicago attractions, and convenient for getting to trains or buses. I was thrilled to not need a car for my 4-night stay."

"Our stay was great. Lots of amenities. Free breakfast was nice. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or fitness center as we hoped, so can’t review those. The only downside was the Chromecast didn’t work and the TV/cable signal was intermittent so we couldn’t watch anything for 3 days which is frustrating when it is your main source of in-hotel entertainment. I don’t think the hotel was doing anything to correct the problem. Bring a Roku or Fire stick! "
