Very clean, super friendly staff, the bed, pillows, blankets were super comfy. Right in the loop so easy access to all public transit. Second floor had two pool tables, ping pong, and many board games plus free events daily like trivia and tours. Highly recommend and will be staying with them again

Everything was great, you get what you get for the price. Breakfast is very simple, just bagels and drinks. The only downside is that in the evening there's homeless that are not feeling safe for me.
