There are restaurants around the neighborhood, bars, and shopping. Cons: No washcloths, no space in room for suitcases, no seating or chairs in room, no staff available just a phone number, no changing of linen during stay or cleaning during stay (we stayed 6 days). "The accommodation was perfect for the price. Comfortable bunk beds, great shower, clean, hot and strong pressure. Other guests were quite and considerate. We had a private 4 bed dorm for our family. Convience store very close by, yummy breakfast to buy, good atmosphere in the reception area/cafe. Small laundry facility with directions to a bigger one if you need to wash more. We had a great stay, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. "

"It is a perfect stay if you are budget minded. There is a lawson and matsuya next to the hostel as well as the hostel being a cafe itself. If you want to go to shimokitazawa or shinjuku you can take yoyogi hachiman which is close by. The beds are comfortable, have two power outlets, and storage for 2 medium sized luggage. The staff clean and mop the floor everyday around 12pm"
