"We enjoyed our stay and everything was provided in the room! The guest handbook provided was very detailed and had translation of the Japanese words on remotes and appliances, which is very helpful. It also explained things visitors may not know about Japan rules, such as how garbage is to be separated. "Our stay was good, clean room, heater helped for the cold days. It kept our room warm. The closest park is 15 mins away so if you have small children or pets there aren’t many parks available. "There isn’t a lot of reviews of this place so I was hesitant, but it was a nice place. The hallway looks a bit grim, but the room was great. The room had a pretty small bathroom with no bidet sadly, but there was a microwave and stove too which is rare. Overall I’m super happy with the hotel and its proximity to the station. I would definitely stay here again if I’m travelling solo. "

"We were pretty disappointed w the condition of this place. The walls were falling apart, the plumbing was a mess and the shower was scuzzy enough that I wished I had flip flops on. The dingiest clubs and restaurants of shinjuku had nicer toilets. The only positive about the apartment was the beds. I booked it because there were two large beds in a town that seemed to mostly have small single beds, so that was a plus, but I wouldn’t recommend the place."

"Owner communicated really well which made the stay a lot more easier. Cool little apartment and definitely worth it for the price. Walls are a little thin, but we had really respectable neighbors, so there was little to no noise. Mattresses are a little thin, but then again it didn’t really bother me or my friends. There was also a cool little food street not to far from it and had a lot of good food, especially Trete which was a pasta place. Overall had a really enjoyable time, would stay here...
